She works as a consultant with chefs and brands such as Anne-Sophie Pic, Cartier, Veuve Clicquot, Ludo Lefebvre, and Airbnb. She is also a freelance writer (AD, Icon, Le Figaro, EnVols, Yonder, Laurent Mariotte, Michelin guide magazine, Le Fooding, etc.) and the author of six cookbooks — including Cuites, an overnight bestseller.
